Gerber Collision did great with my car. The Enterprise down the road was convenient, they picked me up and I had a rental for 3 days. My Cadillac CTS Coupe's bumper was replaced and it looks WONDERFUL. Walter did a great job in keeping me updated what was going on with the repair. My car ended up being ready around 5pm on a Friday, Gerber closes at 5:30, and they were able to wait for me to pick it up at 6pm that evening. Great customer service! Thanks guys!

Customer service is the best that I have seen. They greet you with a smile, and make sure you are taking care of right away. ... I dropped my car off on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, expecting to pick it up on Friday. Well Thursday, October 15, 2015, my car was ready. My car look like it has never been damaged. The repair work was excellent. Out of all of the Body Shops I have used in the pass, Gerber is the VERY BEST! My Body Shop of choice!
