MALLORY M. provided excellent service all the way through. "Michael" welcomed me and made me feel comfortable while the daily team meeting was held. When Mallory came out to look at the vehicle everything was explained to me. The paperwork was done quickly and painlessly. I was given an approximate time line for the repair. My concerns about the vehicle's being totaled or not were handled empathetically. The warranty was explained at that time. Mallory called me weekly with updates. She also explained the process to include parts procurement and the repair process. Mallory provided me with a complete estimate of repair costs and my out of pocket expenses.. When I picked up the vehicle, WAY ahead of the promise date, Mallory greeted me at the curb. I found the vehicle to have been beautifully repaired and a further explanation of ... the required items and work done. We completed the paperwork and Mallory again explained the warranty and the normal care one should take when a vehicle is newly painted. I was informed of the referral process, the savings on any glass repairs, and the desire for on-line feedback and probable survey. I will be looking at the vehicle over the coming days to make sure everything is in order but feel certain that Mallory and the Techs did everything in their power to see to a complete and thorough repair. This is my second chance to do business with Gerber. The first time was a simple rear window on the cab of my truck at the High Point location. They, too, delivered excellent service. Should I ever need work of this nature done again I will be sure to call Mallory. I will also refer my friends and family to Gerber. read more

This is a fantastic office. The entire staff goes out of their way to take care of your issues and to make you feel at home. Jason was the repair planner for my claim and was a complete professional. He explained the entire process in detail from beginning to end. They completed the repairs well ahead of expected and I am overjoyed with the end result. I would challenge any collision and auto repair company to find a better staff. Highly recommended!!!

Had a minor repair to reinstall a exterior molding strip. Just dropped in and they worked me in right away. It was completed in less than an hour. Also, they did NOT charge me anything! My great thanks to Gus and the technician who's name I have forgot. (Sorry about that.) This is the 3rd time I've used this company for some type of collision repair or damage. In previous experiences the work was done more than satisfactorily, good quality of materials, on time and for a reasonable price. I'm a customer for life! I'm am also going to post a recommendation for Gerber on my subdivision's website/blog. Great people, great quality at a reasonable price!

Estimate was very reasonable. Brian B. was professional and courteous. The work was done in a timely manner and looked really good. Cannot tell there was ever anything wrong with the body of the car. I highly recommend this place. Not only are they good at what they do, but it is a pleasant place to go. Gus at the front desk would make anyone smile.

Great Customer Service from people that enjoy their jobs. They are all kind, courteous and great at keeping you updated. This is the second car they have repaired for us and we have been 100% satisfied both times. You can count on Gerber for your collision and glass needs.

Fantastic work! Completed 4 days earlier than original estimate. Gail and David made everything easy and were extremely friendly. Only suggestion would be to drop Enterprise as the contract rental company. Enterprise is horrible. Gerber, Gail, David and crew are amazing.
