I took my car for repairs after a minor accident. The guys at this locations offered me an extraordinally service from start to end. The receiptionist lady was kind and very knowledgable about the whole process and when she booked in my car, it was repaired on time and to my acceptable standard. The guy who took me to inspect the car was friendly and gave me time to check everything. They even allowed me to check off my car slightly after closing time after being held up in the jam. Way to go Gerber!

I would recommend this Gerber Collision location to anyone that expects detailed oriented collision repair. The customer service is impeccable along with their timely communication regarding my vehicle status. You couldn't find a more knowledgeable collision repair service then this location. The employees and repair persons are very polite and respectful of your feelings. Due to my motor vehicle accident, I was very irritate about the damage regarding your vehicle. They made me feel comfortable about their ability to repair my Toyota Sequoia. GREAT JOB!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!

I had EXCELLENT service with Gerber Collisions. I received constant updates keeping me reassured with the service my car was getting, I had friendly customer service and anything that I needed or had questions about. The service was reliable when it came to how long it would take to finish the job, the quality of the finished product was INCREDIBLE. I will definitely be visiting them again if any other car service is needed. LOVE THEM!!!

Mallory was a great help throughout the repair process. She set up all the rental stuff and also communicated with the insurance company for me. She also checked in with me to let me know about the process and how things were going, she was always in touch and quick to answer any questions that I had. The process was so much easier than I would have thought, all I had to do was drop the car off and pick up when it was done. My car was done earlier than the estimated time they originally gave me, that's even after they got into the repairs and found extra damage and had to order more parts! Not only was Gerber easy to work with but they are friendly and cleaned my car inside and out! My car was spotless on the outside and to my surprise cleaned out inside as well! I recommend Gerber to anyone who needs auto body work, I know they will be ... my choice for now on anytime I need repairs completed! I experienced excellent service from the front desk staff Amber and the estimator Aaron. The service received was beyond exceptional versus people verbalizing care for their customers, all of the staff displayed care and concern with their actions. After having a terrible accident I was called by the Gerber Collision Center who informed me my vehicle is safe and secure. Later while at the hospital for assessment, I remembered I left my house keys in my vehicle and the office was closing in fifteen minutes I called and explained the issue. A gentleman by the name of Aaron stated he will bring my house keys to me.He arrived and patiently waited outside for a long period of time. He gave me my key and I expressed to him the rental company was suppose to bring me a vehicle and at the last minute they called and stated they have no cars hence ... the flood. Without hesistation Aaron o f Gerber took his personal vehicle and took both my self and my SIX YEAR OLD daughter home and assured we both made it into our house safe. WOOOOWWWWWWW. Amber and Aaron both remained in contact with me throughout the process. Also I want to mention Aaron consulted with his manager the need to solidify me a rental car to transport both my six year old daughter and one year old daughter. By that evening Brent Gen. Mgr. called numerous rental companies and received a run around so he spoke to Lafayette Ford about my circumstance and by the end of that day Tess and Julie of Lafayette Ford handed me the keys to a 2015 fully loaded rental car. THANK YOU. None of these people had to go above and beyond as they did especially going out their scope but in this case they all cared about my family and my needs and that's customer service thanking about the customer instead of self.
