I was recently involved in a auto collision due someone else's negligence. I went to Gerber Collision to have my car damage estimated on 11-13-15 and was met by 3 outstanding representatives. Debbie, Jennifer & Brittnye exemplify what customer service is all about. They have made a stressful situation so much better. Gerber Collision is lucky to have them! Excellent work, excellent people, excellent service. I brought my brand new, 3 week old Camry in after someone hit my bumper. And it looks like new, you can't tell that I was hit. The people are very knowledgeable and helpful, even got me a better rate on my rental. I would highly recommend this shop for body repair .... and have told my friends about what a great business Gerber is to work with. Brian, Susan and Gus are top people who spend time with you to make sure you are satisfied and kept up to date.

From the initial call to set-up collision estimate to the next day on-site vehicle evaluation, these two individuals demonstrated exemplary assistance, skill, knowledge and positive attitudes in their positions. I will be bringing my vehicle back to have repairs done. Nice job, especially in this day of non-accountability.
