I had a series of unfortunate events in a quick month, ending with a deer jumping out in front of my car. The front left side of my Hyundai Accent was near totaled when it got to Gerber. Dealing with my insurance, rental service and towing company was about all the stress I could bear. However Gerber was understanding, resourceful and diligent in their services. I received updates multiple times a week within the exact two-week span they had my car. Two weeks may sound long, but not when it comes to all of the steps--assessing damage, ordering new parts, waiting for parts arrival and reassembly. At each step, I received an update. When I asked for physical copies of statements/documents, the staff emailed them to me within minutes. Gerber also realigned my car and gave it an exterior wash before pick-up. When I finally came to meet the ... multiple staff members I had interacted with electronically, they were even more warm in person! I had my keys brought to me, signed paperwork, paid my Insurance's deductible, and was escorted to my car (even had the door opened for me!) within a matter of 20 minutes tops. The thank-you packet I received with discounts and guarantee was also explained in full detail during this brief encounter. Amazing customer service, and fast work. My car was done a week early and I was updated 2 times a week. I didn't have to ask any questions because everying was explained so thoroughly by both Tawnya, Vanessa and John. I can't even tell you how wonderful the service was. I will absolutly recommend this company to anyone who will listen. I thank them for being so diligent and kind to me durning this emotion and scary experience. I hope I never have an accident again but if I did this is where I would take my car! Thank you so much! Truley!
