I had hit a deer one morning just prior to leaving for an out-of-town trip. My car was drive-able so, as a previous customer, I immediately went to the Raleigh Ice Drive office and asked if they could take my car and repair it while I was gone. They were gracious enough to do so, even though their schedule was booked. They coordinated the repairs with the Cary location and completed my car shortly after I returned from my trip. This was so helpful to me, accommodating my schedule. The Cary location did a great job on the repairs. I was able to pick up my car just in time for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Thanks you for sliding me into your busy schedules and making my car look brand new!

I got estimates from 3 shops and Gerber had the lowest rate. My car was ready when promised. Excellent customer service. They did an amazing job repairing the collision damage. I would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience. The lower side panel on my Honda Fit came loose and I was prepared to pay to have it fixed. The General Manager, Brian, immediately took the car and Nestor reattached the panel within 15 minutes. He also reattached the front bumper, which had been loose for abou 2 years, all free of charge!! I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber.

I had an awesome experience with Gerber Collision! From start to finish, the service I received was great! Working a full time, busy schedule, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could schedule an appointment online. After dropping my car off after hours the night before my appointment, I received a call on time, the next morning, given a fair price and paid over the phone so that could get back in my car the same day. When I went to pick up, I accidentally locked the keys inside the car. But thanks to Rob and Ray who were still working, they were able to help me break back into my car so I did not have to call a lock-smith. A special Thank You to Laurie, Ray, Rob and Will for your excellent customer service!
