Very easy, very fast, very friendly, very considerate. Loretta was very nice in her communication with me and my 2 year old daughter, plus everyone was very considerate that I was waiting with a toddler. They considered her adorable and kept her attention away from boredom!

Experience was great. Employees were extremely friendly throughout the entire time. They worked extremely hard on getting may vehicle fixed and even managed to return the truck four days ahead of the scheduled due date. Great people and great company. Glad I choose them to do the work. We have a feet of 12 company vehicles and if we need body work again They will be the place I go to.

Rodney S. handled the estimate and kept me updated daily by emails and phone calls on the progress of my repair. A great job on the repair, but the customer service of Kacy and Rodney will stay in the mind. Your lucky to have such good employees.

I appreciated every email and every call from Alora and Stan to keep me updated on the progress of my 2007 Avalon.
