I was referred to Gerber Collision & Glass by my insurance company. This was the first time I'd ever used them for body work. They were pleasant and helpful, even helping me save money on a car rental while my car was being repaired. They even arranged for an extra unplanned day of the rental. They were very communicative with me throughout the process and were open even on a snow day to allow me to come pick up my car when it was ready. They worked everything out with my insurance company with no hassles. I was very pleased.

These professionals were amazing - not only was my car done right but it was done right away! I only had to wait one day fory repairs and the pepole from the front desk up until the body man were amazing - thank you for all the hard work! Looks awesome!

The customer service at Gerber Collision and Glass was truly outstanding. I was in constant contact with my service rep (Rodney) regarding the status of my vehicle and when the repairs would be completed. Even when there were delays because the wrong parts were delivered, Rodney always kept me updated with Gerber's progress. More importantly, the work itself was done thoroughly and met my expectations. The replaced the bumper, flushed the hood, and popped back in the headlights. Made the car look brand new again. Thank you Gerber for taking great care of my repairs!

Gerber repaired my vehicle after I was hit by a deer which did a lot of damage!! Charlie was very professional and really worked hard to get my car completed within a week as I was having to pay for a rental care while mine was in the shop. The customer service was exceptional, the quality of work was professional--they even washed my car when returned back to me!! Great folks to work with!! I recommend them for any body work that needs to be done
