I cannot rate the service and caliber of work I experienced and saw at Gerber Collision (Jacksonville, NC) highly enough. Upon completion of the body work, they completely detailed my car (better than my long-time detailer) before I picked it up. Absolutely THE BEST. If you are unfortunate and have a collision please check out Gerber; you will not be disappointed.

The speed and quality of repair was great and convenience was made top priority! Bill W. was pleasant and helpful. I gave 4 stars because there seemed to be a lack of communication between the receptionist and Bill which caused me to wait a little longer on one occasion than I'd have liked.

Bill W. was my contact person and he is very courteous and helpful. Gerber made a happy ending for me in a bad situation.
