Very quick repair and turn around. Really appreciated the up to date communications throughout the process. They also coordinated everything with the rental car company as well. Very friendly staff. This is my go to place for collision repair in the future.

Rashay M. was fantastic to work with! The body shop did a great job on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler. I appreciate Rashay's working so well with USAA to get things handled quickly and efficiently. Gerald G. and the whole team at Gerber Body and Collision are the absolute epitome of what it means to deliver excellent customer service. I brought my 2009 Honda in a few weeks ago to have some body work done on the bumper after a collision with another motorist. Not only was the staff very helpful and informative but Mr. G. ran through the whole process with me and showed me everything that needed to be done. Everyone there from the front desk to the mechanics had a very positive attitude and answered any questions I had. My car was in and out after only a few short days and I believe it came out looking better than the day I bought it. Once again thank you to Gerald and the staff, excellent all the way around. I will definitely be recommending them for any and all repairs.

I was very impressed with the customer service and personnel at Greensboro's location of Gerber Collision & Glass. The staff was very courteous and professional from start to finish. After leaving my vehicle in their hands for body work I felt very confident the body work would be done correctly. I received weekly updates via text messages and personal phone calls from the staff. My vehicle was completed and delivered on the promised date of completion. I am more than happy with the service I received from Gerber Collision & Glass of Greensboro, NC.
