We were so pleased with how our car was repaired and the effort taken to have our car ready when we needed it. The staff were all very very nice and communication as to progress was outstanding. Also appreciate the added bonus of the the inside of our car was thoroughly cleaned. Thank you so much. I had the best customer service experience at Gerber Collision! They are committed to providing the best servcie to their customers and THEY DO!! From start to finish, everyone was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Richard H. explained how everything would work, called a rental car service to pick me up and forwarded me a copy of my estimate almost immediately. Charlie called every other day to keep me posted on the progress of my car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a hard time. Thanks Gerber team!!

I have used Gerber before and asked my insurance company for us to use them. They agreed. Gerber people were polite and did what they said they were going to and the quality was great. They got the car done in a timely manner and sooner than they thought it would take. I will use them again and recommended them to a friend. Great job!
