Twice the team at Gerber provided customer service above and beyond! After moving to NC and getting new license plates, my sister and I could not get the rusted screws to move to put on the new ones. We tried going to a mechanic shop but they couldn't do it either. We thought to look for a collision repair company and we found Gerber. Replacing license plates isn't a service they normally provide but we were so greatful they went out of their way to provide it to us. If they provide such great service for non-billable items, just think how great they must be to their real customers!. Thanks Gerber!!

I would like to rate the service that I received from this branch as a 5 out of 5 stars. The team in Cary turned a bad situation into a very good experience. Gail called me periodically to give me updates so that I am aware of the progress with my vehicle. John made sure that he explained the work that would need to be done. There was a gentleman at the front desk that even offered to take me to the rental car place just because the rental car service was taking too long to pick me up. But the best part is how good my car looked when I picked it up. Whoever worked on my vehicle did a phenomenal job. Thank you for going the extra mile with the service that your team has provided me. I will highly recommend your branch to my friends and family.

I had a long scrape on the side of my car. The estimate I received at a competitor was $1000 higher than Brian's estimate. He offered such a sensible solution. Leon and Robert did the work on my car, washed it, and returned it to me in an hour. I can barely see a trace of the scrape, all for about $150. I feel like Brian took care of my property as if I was a family member. Thanks, Gerber!
