Although we had a total loss and no repairs were done, we were extremely impressed with the helpfulness and competence exhibited by Mallory. She informed us about the various damages to our vehicle and explained the repairs and the whole process. She represents your company in a very professional way. In the future, we would bring our car to Gerber for repair with full confidence that we would get a great job. We would also recommend Gerber to our friends. USAA was right about directing us to Gerber for excellent service.

After spending 20 mins and having horrible service at one of the biggest auto body shops in Concord I found myself looking for a different body shop. I asked around and polled my friends and one recommended Gerber in Concord. They specifically told me to talk to Vanessa and they were so right!! Vanessa took care of me from day one. She made sure that my wishes were represented to the insurance company and went to bat for me. She and her team provided the most amazing customer service! Even when she had to deliver the bad news that my car was going to take a day longer then we expected, it was because SHE wouldn't let sub-par parts be put on my car. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.

The repair was performed on my wife's 2016 MDX with only 3,000 miles on it. My Acura dealership wanted me to have the repair work done by one of their body shops in Charlotte. I selected Gerber Collision and Glass in Mooresville because of the excellent experience I had with them repairing my MDX. As expected superior result, 5 star customer service, and very fair pricing. Gerber has earned my future business, if required, and I would always recommend their service if asked.

This was my second experience with Gerber in Greensboro, NC in the last 7 months. As before, the team working on my car did a fabulous job with the repair (first time was front bumper from road debris and this time was rear bumper from a rear-end collision). There is no trace of the damage to my vehicle. The people working at Gerber are friendly, professional, and efficient - overall just an outstanding crew! They took care of both me and my vehicle, taking time to arrange a car rental, and making sure I was continually updated on the status of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing repair work on their vehicle!
