Brad and Loretta provided outstanding service to me when I brought in my 2012 Toyota Camry today for advice on minor damage to its front and rear bumpers. This Gerber location rebuilt the front end of my 2007 Toyota Matrix to perfection in 2014 , so I returned trusting in their quality of service. Loretta was most courteous in arranging for a few minutes of Brad's time to assess the damage and make recommendations on how to make the repair. He even took a cloth from the shop to the bumper and showed me other places on both bumpers needing touch-up paint so "no one could see it." My thanks to Loretta and Brad. I know where to come for any future service!

Amelia and Kacy were fantasic! Had the headlight buckets replaced on my 2009 Suburban. Amelia set up appointment and had all the parts there for a quick and professional job. They look great! i have used these folks for various repairs over the last 10 years and have never been disappointed.

I came in with questions from an estimate I had been sent elsewhere to get and Bill not only answered them, but took me on a tour of the facility and walked me through the process of what all would be done to repair my car step by step while using cars currently being repaired as visuals. We called the insurance company on the spot to move the claim and absolutely made the right decision. I will be referring others.

My original repair was completed several years ago but I still received the same excellent service and courtesy even after all that time had passed. Great service! Unfortunately and at no fault of mine, this is my second time in Gerber this year, due to crazy people on the roads. You guys did a great job on my Jeep both times and I am very happy with the service that I received. Everyone is very nice there.
