The work on my car was of expected quality and those working in the office were helpful and friendly. It was an easy process working with Gerber. Even when Enterprise Car rental did not have a reservation via my insurance company like they should have, Gerber collision addressed the issue with the appropriate party and I was reimbursed for the rental car on the day I returned the car to Enterprise.

Lori D. could not have been more professional and helpful as their Customer Service Representative and Walt P. was the perfect Repair Process Manager - friendly, thorough and extremely responsive. I had a trip planned, unexpected damage was discovered and, despite several set-backs, Walt made sure I got my car back in time for my departure. The car looks and drives great.
