Getting in an accident is never fun, and is almost always a huge hassle. Gerber at least made the repair process hassle free. They sent us updates and our vehicle was ready on time. When I went to pick up our van I had three tired kids with me...6, 4 & 5 months. They immediately invited them behind the counter to draw and be entertained while I dealt with getting things switched from our rental car to our repaired van. When I came back back in, Jaime was holding my baby and playing with my kids. They went above and beyond. After the rental car place told me that I couldn't leave the rental at Gerber to be picked up the Gerber staff said that they would take care of it and to leave it with them. That saved me the hassle of hauling my kids all around town and trying to coordinate returning the rental. If I could give them more than five ... stars I would! I highly recommend them! read more

They helped set up my rental car, sent text notifications to update me on the progress of the repairs, and even detailed my car for me when the repairs were complete. I highly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs collision or glass repairs!

Even if you weren't going to ask for feed back, I would have given it anyway. Your service and work is just the most friendly and professional I have ever experienced and you have the extra added convenience of an Enterprise Rental office right next door, who are equally nice to work with. How much better can that be?? I have a 14 year old Mercedes S430 sedan that is precious to me (I think it's a classic) you treated my repair as if it were brand new and now it's just as beautiful as new.
