Just plain excellent customer service. My damage was minor (rear bumper), as a result of a Geico insured driver rear-ending me. The adjuster, Andrew S. (Geico) took immediate action with my claim, Sonny S. (Gerber) was outstanding in his action, quality and speed in getting my car repaired in 3 days, and finally Erin H. from Enterprise, was there to handoff a Ford Explorer to use during my downtime. This all-inclusive service care made the incident a minor inconvenience, versus a major nuisance. Simply terrific! Thank you Geico, Gerber and Enterprise. You all rock.

I would like to thank Ms. Karen O. for her help when I came to make the appointment she was very nice and very helpful she was also able to answer my questions concerns I had plus she able to book your appointment to accommodate your schedule. I would like to thank Mr. Grayson S. as well he was very nice as well and helpful and took me step by step in the process to let me know what was going to be done to my vehicle and let me know what it was going to cost. I also like Gerber cause they keep you updated on your car from the time you drop it off too the time you pick it up! I felt very welcomed when I walked in the door so that meant a lot to me and I would do business there again and I would recommend my friends and family to Gerber if they need any type of body work done. Had a minor scratch, they were able to compound and buff it out for just a few bucks. In and out in 20 minutes! The level of service was equivalent to a major repair. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at Gerber on Miami always go above & beyond! They had my car ready 2 days before the estimated finish date! They're always polite and professional! There's no other body shop in the area that I would recommend to folks aside from Gerber!

Forgot to mention how excellent the Repair Process Manager Stephen M.was and to mention Tom who cleaned my vehicle. Stephen M. was very knowledgeable and explained the process and how long it would take to fix my door on my 2016 Kia Sorento.
