VERY courteous, helpful and repair results were excellent. Everything was taken care of including notifying insurance co. of additional work needed and calling the rental agency to inform them that rental would be needed for a longer time. Also, the every other day updates were appreciated.I hope the next time I need Gerber it will be to change the color of my vehicle and not a collision repair, but Gerber is where I will go. Thank you.

I had body work done on my 2014 Chevy Silverado at the Bragg blvd. location. When I got truck back it had swirl marks which came from buffer that was not there before. Could not problem resolved. I called Nathan B. at raeford red. location. He told me to bring it in the very next day.Terry A. buffed the swirl parks out at No Charge. Truck looks great, they were very professional and awesome customer service. I will definitely recommend Nathan and Terry. Thank you both for job well done!
