I've had a rough couple of weeks. I was rear ended October 31st and while it's never easy dealing with the aftermath of an accident. Brent and Gerber quickly and efficiently had me scheduled for repair that same day! After dropping my vehicle off in the morning, I got a phone call that my grandmother, who lived in another state, had passed away. I was devastated. I called Brent to see if I could postpone my repairs so I could drive to her funeral. Brent immediately arranged for a rental for me and treated me with such care. I was completely overwhelmed and very touched. THIS is customer care and service. When I returned to town my vehicle was better than new. It was perfect. I left Gerber with a huge smile on my face. Extremely professional!! I love the text messages and live phone calls during the week letting me know the status of my repair. The job was completed 5 days early!! When we found out the insurance adjuster missed some damage, they repaired the remaining damage the next day. Fantastic service!!!

Excellent service. I've used a lot of body shop even people that I know, and I'll have to admit this is been the best experience of a bad situation. They contacted me every other day and had my car ready in 3 days. Even lined it back up and washed and cleaned it. I could not ask for better service and the job looks excellent. I highly recommend these people and I've never met them. My wife dropped it off and picked it up, and as I was at work they kept in contact with me, and have it ready to be picked up in 3 days
