Thanks to Amanda and Ashley for the excellent customer service they provided during the repair process of our daughter's 2001 Honda Accord that was damaged while parked at Target in Huntersville on March 14, 2017. They were both so easy to work with especially since I we live out of state in Lynchburg, VA - they were kind enough to work with me via telephone and email. I would highly recommend your repair facility to anyone and everyone. Guess you need to open some VA locations!!! :)

Mr. Reid and his entire office Staff were all very friendly and courteous. My repairs were done in a very timely manner with only 2 days to repair my vehicle. I will defiantly use them again if ever needed in the future and would Highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the repairs and the customer service. I appreciated that I was called and updated on the status of my vehicle. My only complaint is that the interior of my vehicle was dusty when I picked it up. However, when I mentioned this, the gentleman who helped me grabbed a cloth and some spray and started cleaning the inside of my vehicle even though it was after closing. It was clear that he was committed to customer satisfaction!

They kept me updated on the status of my car's repair every few days. Had my car ready before the scheduled/promised time. Very good with setting up car rental accommodations and communicating with my auto insurance agency to cover payments.

Everyone was very polite. They kept me informed about the progress of the repair work via text. The repair was done very quickly, in two days. They called Enterprise and had them pick me up at the body shop and I was able to return the car there, too, which was very convenient. The car looks beautiful, great repair job!

My car was damaged by another motorist. Her insurance company uses Gerber. I never have until now. I was very pleased with the workmanship and correspondence from the business. They were very professional. Each day I received an update as to the progress of my vehicle.

Having an accident is bad enough. Gerber Collision and Glass was extremely prompt in the repair of my vehicle. Everyone there was extremely friendly. They took care of all paperwork with insurance.
