I would like to share with you the excellent service I received at Gerber Collision Center on Raeford Road, Fayetteville, N.C. I had an appointment with Ms. Clelia. She looked at my SUV and realized and recommended that I didn't have a true collision problem after all. My first right bumper just needed to be pushed in and the paint that was left on the fender just needed wiped off. She had a gentlemen name Todd to service both areas!!!! I was/am truly impressed with the service that was provided. She could have easily wrote this up as a claim. She should be highly recommended for employee of month/year! She is truly cares about customers and their well-being.

Superlative customer service! I really appreciate the seamless flow of information between USAA and Gerber. Excellent repair service on the dent in the passenger side door... it looks like new! Technician called me each day to update progress on the repair. The text service was nice, but not up to date with what the technician relayed to me. Gerber even communicated with Enterprise Car Rental to assist me in getting my rental car. Should I need any collision or glass repair in the future, I will most certainly go to Gerber. You have my highest recommendation.
