Kody S. was very helpful. Rubbed out superficial scrapes on mirror, glass and door panel. Was impressed with his honesty and integrity. When I called to get an estimate Kody set up appointment and asked me questions on what information I might want to get from other person. Ex: insurance company ect. I was dealing with the company and had not even thought of getting the name of insurance company. I will get repairs done at this facility because of this persons professionalism.

My experience with the gerber collision in garner has been awesome! Thanks to Jennifer and Danielle for the best customer service I've experienced at a body shop. They have been really helpful on keeping me up to date on the statues of my car as well as helping with any issues or questions thatI may have. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be coming back!

I brought my vehicle in, was given an estimate, on both cost & time of repair, my vehicle was repaired as promised at the estimated cost, and it was ready for me, fully repaired, on the date & time I was originally told. Absolutely as good an experience as you could ever expect when it comes to auto repair, and I highly recommend both Gerber & Danny.
