The staff at Gerber was exceptional. The service was stellar--my car looks amazing! I wanted to commend Gail as her demeanor was always friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. I wanted to mention that while I was waiting for my car to be finished, I noticed Gail walking back and forth to a printer very frequently as it was located away from her desk (in the middle of the room). I imagined how tired I would feel if I had to travel back and forth so frequently. However, for Gail, she always had a smile on her face despite the constant trips away from her desk to make copies on this printer. May I make a small suggestion that may help with Gail's productivity? A purchase of a desktop printer, which would be placed near Gail's desk, would be beneficial so she can easily print items without leaving the desk/phone area and greatly ... improve her efficiency with her daily work. Desktop printers seem to be very inexpensive these days. Lastly, I want to let you know that I will continue to highly recommend Gerber Collision to all my friends and colleagues for your excellence craftsmanship and customer service. I just went to Gerber Collision - for the second time - and again, had a fantastic experience! I can't say enough about Paul C! He was fantastic! Knowledgeable, professional, and extremely customer service oriented! He even took care of replacing a bulb for me in my back tail light. Thank you Paul! You rock! It's people like you who keep people like me coming back!
