My car was hit while parked in front of my home and was undrivable. Having never dealt with a situation like this before, I spoke with my Insurance Company, who provided me with multiple collision repair locations. I called Gerber Collision & Repair. Jamie was very helpful from the beginning. In fact, it was the customer service she provided from my initial phone call that was the deciding factor in selecting Gerber Collision & Glass. It turned out that my car was deemed a total loss; however, both Jamie and Ryan were very helpful throughout the entire process. Ryan explained the damage done and Jaime was very helpful in speaking with the insurance company, as well as being very quick to follow up with me. I appreciate their help and the great customer service. Thank you!

Vehicle - Hyundai Sonata 2013 Technician - Brad I went in this morning on July 7th due to a very noticeable scratch on my car on the front passenger side. I did not recall scraping against anything, so my first thought was maybe it was vandalism and someone had possibly keyed the car. Brad was the technician that helped me. I came in for a quick assessment and cost estimate with no appointment and Brad was amazing. He told me he thought it was something very minor and superficial. He determined that it was not vandalism. He actually buffed out the scratch on the spot. He was very diligent and helpful and provided excellent customer service. I love Gerber they are the best body shop I have ever been to. This is the third time they worked on my vehicle and everytime I got it back my car was flawless. The glass company finally installed my windshield the right way yesterday I guess it was just the guy I had the first time. Will recommend anyone to Gerber i come across in the future.
