Staff was courteous, friendly and professional. The front office gentlemen have a great way of making the experience less stressful. The work in my opinion was completed in a very timely fashion and they did an excellent job. I was constantly updated by Thomas, at least once per week. I would definitely return to this location if future services where needed .

Gerber is an outstanding place to receive work done on your vehicle. This experience with them is nothing less than exceptional. This is my second experience and I will continue to use them as long as they are in business. Two weeks ago someone hit my car while I was at work and without an appointment Jamie quickly surveyed my vehicle and let me know when I could bring it in again and set me up for another appointment. Once I had the time Jamie and Mallory quickly got me on the books. When I brought my car in they took car of everything quickly. David and Bryan did an amazing job in fixing the dint that someone caused. I could not tell my self because the work was perfect. Jennifer was amazing with all the trials she and I were put through in getting my car back. If it was not for her, I would never come back after having to come back 3 times in a couple days because the technicians that fixed my car did not check to make sure things were working properly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and went out of her way to make this ok. You do not come across that very often these days and she deserves to be commended for her professionalism and attitude. She is the only reason I will come back to Gerber if something happens again. Please make sure you take the time to appreciate having someone with integrity and that level of quality working for you. Rare.
