Very fast, very friendly service. I almost had the work dona at ABRA Auto body. Decided to go by Gerber to see if I could get a better deal on the work I needed to have done even though it was a little out of my way. I had used Gerber quite a few times in Maryland. Kody S. was able to give a much better deal than ABRA. The work was done very quickly, while I waited and the car looks beautiful. Thank you very much.

To provide proper context, I was a follow up customer due to the original job done by Gerber wasn't done correctly. I do have a law degree and thought I'd have to bring my strongest argument to the table to explain what happen and why Gerber should complete and cover the additional charges. To my surprise, not only should I have left my briefase at home, but from the initial contact from the desk - Ms. Gail's regular warm smile and courteous demeanor to Ms. Lynn's take responsibility and flawless execution to the end - I was thoroughly impressed! In fact, I requested to both Gail and Lynn to forward me a survey, myself, where I could relay my experience. Yes, we got off to a bumpy start but I can assure you that if I ever have a problem of this sort again, I will come back to this location -- as long as Lynn and Gail are still there for ... sure! read more
