Can't say enough great things about this shop! Anyone that's had to experience taking your vehicle for auto body work knows how stressful the process is, but Kacy and the team at Gerber made it extremely painless. Additionally, I have to say their constant communication on the progress was something I've never experienced at any other shop period. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need!!!

These days it is not often that you get high quality work and great customer service. Thanks to Andy and the team at gerber's Raleigh location, they did great quality work and had my car ready early. I have been going to this location for years, when it was owned by the previous owner and the one before that. I highly recommend gerber collision and glass! I would give them six stars if I could. Thanks!

Got into my first accident in over 25 years. USAA sent my car to Gerber, and Frank took great care of me and my car. Frank knew how to coordinate service with USAA, third party vendors, and Enterprise smoothly. Frank explained the process, expectation for communicating progress, and towards the end kept me updated on a daily basis. I appreciated the care Frank and the Gerber team took, and always expressed concern for my well-being since it was a major accident.
