From the moment I called, Loretta was so pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival, the waiting area is clean and comfortable with candy, tea and coffee. Enterprise picked me up immediately. Rebecca is knowledgeable and spot on with her estimate and delivery time. I love the text updates throughout the repair process. My car was delivered sooner than the promised time. Gus was so pleasant when I arrived to pick up my car. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend Gerber Collision. They are the best!
