Great service in all areas: * They worked me in for an estimate at the last minute, even though they were filled. * They quickly scheduled repair. * They estimated the amount of time up front, and actually met the estimate! * They phoned to give me occasional status on the job - I did not need to call them. * They handed all necessary paperwork with the insurance company. All around, a great experience.

We are returning customers because Gerber did such an excellent job on our hail-damaged Taurus. When my Civic was rear-ended, we immediately requested USAA to let it be repaired by Gerber. They were responsible, courteous, and did superb body work. They were constantly communicating with us as to the status of the car. We couldn't ask for better service. Hats off to this fine company!

Everything went smoothly. Repairs were professionally done on time. Office staff were very competent and helpfull. They even made the arrangements for us to be picked up by Enterprise car rental. Overall, the experience was as pleasureable as that sort of thing could be.

I was in a fender bender and selected this shop based on reputation and referral from a co-worker. The initial estimate came in at a fair and comparable amount with an expected delivery date that fit my schedule. After going back and forth with parts suppliers, and waiting longer than expected the shop was able to deliver my car. Sometimes people accept lesser quality to meet deadlines. Not Nate and the staff at this Gerbers Collision. They kept my car and explained that it wasn't done to their standard. They returned parts that were sub-par and made suppliers rush the replacement parts in to lessen my wait. The repairs are top notch and it is good to know that some places still stand by their work. I would always rather wait extra time but get a product that is done to standard. This shop has very high standards and I will be ... recommending them to all my friends. read more

My experience with this Gerber Location was awesome! Jennifer was very kind and very knowledgeable from the beginning. She walked me thru every step of the way. I received timely texts and phone calls from her to continuously update me on the status of my auto repair. Molly at the front desk was also very nice to work with! She always had a smile on her face and was very pleasant. My car was returned to me washed and in great shape! I was extremely impressed with the quality of work done. I wouldn't hesitate to use Gerber again and would also recommend them to friends and family.
