The overall service and repairs were superb. I was updated by phone twice a week on the progress and received text message updates as well. The overall experience was great and I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.

The staff at Gerber was exceptional. The service was stellar--my car looks amazing! I wanted to commend Gail as her demeanor was always friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. I wanted to mention that while I was waiting for my car to be finished, I noticed Gail walking back and forth to a printer very frequently as it was located away from her desk (in the middle of the room). I imagined how tired I would feel if I had to travel back and forth so frequently. However, for Gail, she always had a smile on her face despite the constant trips away from her desk to make copies on this printer. May I make a small suggestion that may help with Gail's productivity? A purchase of a desktop printer, which would be placed near Gail's desk, would be beneficial so she can easily print items without leaving the desk/phone area and greatly ... read more

I just went to Gerber Collision - for the second time - and again, had a fantastic experience! I can't say enough about Paul C! He was fantastic! Knowledgeable, professional, and extremely customer service oriented! He even took care of replacing a bulb for me in my back tail light. Thank you Paul! You rock! It's people like you who keep people like me coming back!

Great service!! I am very pleased with keeping me updated on a progress on a daily basis. Very professional and rapid resolution. Reminded me oldies days in USA with great american service which very hard to find today. Highly recommend to anyone to get familiar with this shop for 101% great experience.
