Gerber did great work quickly. Gail was especially helpful in ensuring that I was able to get a rental car when there was an issue with the rental car company. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that both I and my car were well taken care of.

Gerber made my life easier because Daniel acted as middleman with the insurance company. He clarified matters for me, and got the insurance company to pay for a rental car, which had been promised but had been left off the estimate. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Gerber Collision kept me informed during the entire time and was totally helpful during the process. Our truck looks better than new were the previous damage was all the way to the name plate and straightening out the license bracket and license plate! Now that is above and beyond! Didn't expect that but totally pleased with everything they did for me and my husband's vehicle! Awesome service! Thank you for everything! ??

I was very pleased with the service I received from everyone. Looks like a very good job and was done sooner than projected. Praying I never need this type of service again, but if I do, Gerber will be my choice. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing collision work.

Went to Gerber Collision & Glass today on Route 70. Spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful gentlemen Brad. He took the time to explain everything going on with my Nissan Rogue and how to remove the grease. Took the time to demonstrate how to apply the solvent and what do as a follow-up. I would recommend this place when your looking for a shop with people that pride themselves on great customer service.

First I would like to say that, this shop has set the bar. When my car had a blow out, they were there for me and my wife. They stayed after hours to make sure me and my wife was safe. Once we arrived they made sure our rental car was available. Being disable, they made sure that my wife and I didn't have to lift a finger. When we picked up our car, customer service was given to us just the same as before. They made sure we had the made sure we had all of their contact info while we traveled back to Texas. I would recommend them at the drop of a dime.
