Gerber is awesome! They do great work and always keep me in the loop with my car's progress. Twice I had to go out of town while they were working on my car and they worked with my timeline. This last time they even repaired a missing piece that was not part of my needed service and it was free of charge! I can't say enough great things about their work and customer service. They exceed my expectations every time!

I was informed throughout the process. I knew exactly what was happening and when my car would be ready. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the car and opened up the door. My car had been vacuumed and wiped down and looked like new. That was service that did not have to be done but was. Very pleased with Gerber. I have used in the past I will continue to use in the future.

The service was EXCELLENT! I brought my vehicle in for a bumper replacement and they provided refreshments and excellent customer service. The work only took half the time and I was able to get my vehicle back the SAME day. They also took care of my rental car for me. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

What a great place!!! The girls in the office - Jill, Candace, Tiffany are all so patient, understanding, receptive and just awesome!! We got our vehicle back in under a week! They took care of the insurance and honestly they run their business like a well oiled machine!! I highly recommend this business!!

I couldn't have asked for a better company to take my car to for a repair! From the start they were great and kind to me, when I needed to get a rental to get back and forth they called Enterprise to come and pick me up, they gave me updates every Tuesday and Thursday through phone calls and even text message. My car was repaired before the day I was given which was also a plus because of how hectic my work schedule is. The day I got my car I wasn't gone off of the lot more than 10 minutes and one of my parts came loose from under my car, I called them and within 15 minutes some techs came in their personal vehicle secured my vehicle and drove it back to fix what had happened. It didn't even take them 10 minuets to fix it. I will definitely use them for future references and I recommend them to any and everyone! Job well done.
