Our Toyota Dealer, Fred A., recommended 2 places for body repair and I only checked with one of them, Gerber. Very attentive customer service from the start. Gus was great; took time to listen and was patient with my accident story. I didn't have an appointment for an estimate, but Randell was out with me to the car in just a few minutes. A detailed oriented young man, as I am as well, and took the time to look over the Prius thoroughly. Communications with AMICA and Gerber were excellent, and the car looks brand new. Our appreciation to everyone involved for a job well done. Thank you.

Kacy and all the associates at Gerber were attentive and professional. We were kept up to date as to the progress of our vehicle with estimated time for pick up a day earlier than expected. It was nice to have a rental car company next door who works well with Gerber. We will definitely return if we have further needs!

The collision center was awesome. Loved that they detailed the outside of the vechile. The vechile was only 6 weeks old and had a visit to upstate NY, only thing that would have been super over the top would have been a vaccine inside. Do not get me wrong loved the service and got more then I expected, great service. High 5!

Very quick but quality work, and they kept me updated every step of the process. They even stayed late past closing so I could pick up my car even though I said I'd be ok getting it the next morning. Great customer service!

The person (Gail) at the reception desk made my day! She's very friendly and helpful. She took care of all the things necessary, including calling the rental company. The car check in did not take more than 5 minutes. I was picked up by the rental company another 5 minutes later. That's customer service! Thanks Gail!
