She assured me when my car would be fixed, and handled my insurance information to make sure that I was covered and that everything would be taken care of. Excellent service by Gail the receptionist in coordinating repair and painting of my vehicle. Gail is very friendly, easy to work with and efficient. Elaine is a true professional. She accessed the damage to my vehicle and provided appropriate repair course of action. Price was reasonable and comparable to similar shops in area.

Our experience with this shop has been great. Everyone we met here is professional. We have been dealing directly with Gail and John. They have been incredible abut keeping us up to date on everything. We appreciate the way they do business and believe our car will come back to us looking great. I could not have asked for any better service after my car accident. It was already a very stressful situation to be without my car for several weeks, but Tamara and Brian were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. And as promised I always received updates twice weekly. I would strongly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone dealing with a collision issue. I would give them a 5 star rating!!

Gail, Lee, Jamie, and the entire team at Gerber Collision and Glass made the bad experience of damage to my car a thing of the past. Gail was wonderful, and she wasted no time getting my car in for the work. I called several times just to check on the status of my car, and she never made me feel like a pest. She was always reassuring, informative, and friendly. The others I spoke with (Lee, Jamie, and one other young man whose name I don't recall) were all very kind, supportive, and always had time to check on the progress of my car. When I went to pick it up, they went out of their way to get it ready before rush hour; and the car looks new again! I couldn't be more satisfied. Gerber in Cary NC is first rate. I highly recommend them.
