Liability was on the other car/driver. her insurance was National who paid the bill. My vehicle had extensive body damage on the driver's side. Gerber got the repairs done in half the time they estimated and the work was exceptional. Looks better than before the accident. I will highly recommend them.

I hate dealing with car stuff and insurance stuff and any stuff that goes along with it. I was so surprised that the process of fixing my car was so easy. Gerber in Concord, NC made the process so easy and the people that work there deliver some of the best customer service I have seen in a while. They took they car when they said they would, delivered it when they said they would and the work was great. They even detailed my car while they had it and that made me so happy. I will recommend and use Gerber in Concord, NC again. A special shout out to the lady that works at the front desk. I don't remember her name but she was so pleasant.

My experience with Gerber Collision clearly exceeded my expectations. The team I met -- Jaime, Kimberly and Michael (the Manager) -- was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. I was kept informed about the progress of the repairs, and my car was actually ready before the promised due date. Even when I asked for assistance with a rental car, the representative from Enterprise was at Gerber when I arrived to drop off my car. I am very pleased USAA recommended Gerber, and all my future needs for collision repairs will be directed to Gerber. I cannot thank the Gerber team enough for the way I was treated--they were truly fantastic to work with!

My experience at GC was excellent. You are always greeted in a warm, friendly and professional manner by Kate and Mallory. They also were able to answer any and all of my questions immediately about my car. Brad gave me timely phone updates about my car and always kept me in the loop. He was always very nice and made me feel confident about the work that was being done. The work was done in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with the results It was a pleasure to do business at this Gerber location.

This shop and staff is far beyond professional !! They are caring, organized, proficient, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for you! The process was so easy! My rental car picked me up and when my car was ready I just left the rental there. Thank you SAMMY!!! And all the staff on behalf of myself and my husband for what you did.
