I recently had an issue with my rear spoiler, a clip had snapped - I put off getting it repaired for fear of cost. I stopped in at Gerber to see what options I had - not only did the gentlemen come right out to take a look, he asked for my keys and repaired it within ten minutes. I know the shops are swamped, but this was beyond appreciated - I will be returning for any and all repair work in the future and recommending to family and friends - thank you for showing me kindness still exists!

Service was excellent. It took a long time to get the parts but that was not Gerber's fault. Once the parts came in and I dropped off the vehicle everything went quicker than expected. The repair looks great! Gerber even contacted the rental car facility for me to be picked up and then I just dropped off the rental to Gerber when picking up my vehicle. It all went smooth and seamless. Thanks Gerber!!!!

Our experience with the estimator, Michael W, was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the unseen damage to the car. He explained what would probably have to be done and gave us an accurate estimate of what to expect to fix the damage. The person/persons who did the bodywork did a great job; it looked like we were picking up a new car.
