I was told that if any sort of problem came up while we still own the car, bring it back and the problem will be taken care of without question. My husband and I are very satisfied and will tell anyone who needs work done on their car that they should go directly to Gerber.

I was completely satisfied with the result of the body work performed by Gerber-Woodhaven. It's like the original OEM condition. I applaud the professionalism of the entire team from the estimate to drop off and the timely call that my vehicle was ready. Brad, Jeremy and Ashley were each pleasantly professional, open and honest . To find out that Gerber was a State Farm select body repair shop made the entire experience one of ease as well. The work done on my car was great;Tim was very accommodating. However, the employees, especially Amy, are spectacular. No matter how many times I called - she was always friendly, listened to my needs and it was all done professionally and with complete efficiency. I called Thursday afternoon how many more days until I could get my car washed and she cheerfully told me. Then most unfortunately, only a few hours later my befriends' husband hit my car! When I walked into Gerber Collision - Amy greeted me with Hi Ms. ****, what can we do for you today? (Sorta surprised to see me). When I told her it was hit - immediately Jess went out looked at my car, wrote up an estimate, Amy emailed the estimate to my friend; called my friend and she approved it along with setting me up with a rental at my convenience.
