Great and efficient service. They did a great job of explaining the options available to us (molding/trim was coming off the side of our Suburban), and recommending what made sense, while not trying to steer us toward a particular decision. They were efficient doing the work. The car looked great. They washed it and vacuumed out the inside -- better than we could have done!

Unfortunately this is the second time in a year we had to use this collision service. Everyone is very friendly & most of all they stood behind their timing estimate. Our vehicle was done on time & looked great. I hate that some companies say anything to just get you in the door & then you're stuck. Gerber made this difficult situation easy to deal with. We definitely will go back if another oppps happens. Thanks to the whole team.

Very friendly and efficient. They were very clear in the steps they were going to follow and how long the process should take. Mike and Matthew had already pre- painted the under side of my replacement hood prior to my scheduled return. When I arrived a day later the car had been washed and vaccumed and was waiting for me outside. The color match was perfect! The guys went above and beyond by replacing a few burnt out lamps that were not caused by the accident and were difficult for me to get to. I will definately reccomend this shop to others.

I just pick up my 2011 GMC pick up truck, I was very happy to see that all the damages were gone. The paint job was great. The folks at greber went out of there way to inform on the progress they were making on repair work on my truck and to reassure me on my fears. This is not just another body shop, these people care, not just for me , but my truck. After looking the truck over, it look like it just came off the show room floor. I was suprised to see the inside was all vacuum, and after a cold winter I new the inside was a mess, when I drop the truck off. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to all my friend & family.
