I was completely satisfied with the result of the body work performed by Gerber-Woodhaven. It's like the original OEM condition. I applaud the professionalism of the entire team from the estimate to drop off and the timely call that my vehicle was ready. Brad, Jeremy and Ashley were each pleasantly professional, open and honest . To find out that Gerber was a State Farm select body repair shop made the entire experience one of ease as well. The work done on my car was great;Tim was very accommodating. However, the employees, especially Amy, are spectacular. No matter how many times I called - she was always friendly, listened to my needs and it was all done professionally and with complete efficiency. I called Thursday afternoon how many more days until I could get my car washed and she cheerfully told me. Then most unfortunately, only a few hours later my befriends' husband hit my car! When I walked into Gerber Collision - Amy greeted me with Hi Ms. ****, what can we do for you today? (Sorta surprised to see me). When I told her it was hit - immediately Jess went out looked at my car, wrote up an estimate, Amy emailed the estimate to my friend; called my friend and she approved it along with setting me up with a rental at my convenience. My experience at Gerber was phenomenal! This was my first experience submitting an accident claim so I was a bit intimidated by the entire process. From my very first phone call to Tammy and my meeting with her and Nicole, later that day, until today when I picked up my car, the service was absolutely amazing. As promised, Tammy helped me with my rental vehicle and was always friendly when I called with questions. Nicole called me three times each week as promised and was extremely helpful. When I came to get my vehicle, the check out process was both smooth and satisfying. I would greatly recommend this location to anyone. It is not a pleasant experience to file an insurance claim for body work, but it was so pleasant working with these two ladies. I am sure the techs in the back would be equally kind. Their work was completely ... acceptable and exceeded my expectations. My car was also cleaned INSIDE and OUT. Thanks for a great experience.
