Very please with the repair. The service was great; they phoned me to make the appt. after receiving the claim from AAA. I got an appt. later that afternoon. Mike was nice to work with, said he'd phone the next day with the estimate (and he did). My car was ready when promised, washed & cleaned inside and out. Overall they made the experience of my "parking lot hit & run collision" very painless. Thank you, Gerber!

Gerber Collision and the team (Kara, David) did a fantastic job all around. My vehicle was dropped off on Thursday morning, and I received a call on the following Monday morning saying that it was done and ready to be picked up. Upon inspection, the damage was completely gone, and the vehicle looked better than ever...thanks again to the entire team at Gerber Collision on 136th Avenue for making it a painless experience...just what every customer wants!!!

Erik B was extremely helpful to me. Within a very short time, he got a couple of technicians working to fix my issue I was there for and they are all very polite. I was very surprised that they honored work that was done two years ago while still under the old name of Collex. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area in need of repair or service work on their vehicle

I am absolutely thrilled with the service of Gerber Collision in Newaygo. When my vehicle was first damaged I wanted to bring it to a family friend's mechanic shop to have it fixed, but as Gerber is very close to my work we decided to use them. They are the friendliest people to deal with! Karen at the front desk is absolutely amazing & sooo friendly & helpful anytime I call, and Mike I can not say enough good things about. He's very friendly & answers all of my questions & concerns, keeps me updated on the progress of my vehicle....I just wanted to add another note to the previous survey that I did after the work that you have a GREAT staff in Newaygo, MI and I will use them anytime I ever need future repairs & I have & will continue to tell anyone and everyone who needs vehicle work done to go there. The car looks like nothing had happen. The work done is perfect. I was told that if any sort of problem came up while we still own the car, bring it back and the problem will be taken care of without question. My husband and I are very satisfied and will tell anyone who needs work done on their car that they should go directly to Gerber.
