We had a VERY GOOD experience with Samantha F! She is VERY professional and takes the time to answer any and all the emails that I sent her in regards to our car very promptly. She also said we would have our car by Friday and it actually was done way ahead of schedule! We have dealt with her in the past(when it was Collex Collision) and we will continue to refer people to her and your company!!! When picking up the car she even asked me how my son's Special Olympics went the day before. She remembered me telling her that we were going there after we dropped the car off! I was impressed that she remembered! That made me feel that I was just not another number just dropping my car off! She cares for her customers also! Thank you so much Sam!!! You are the best!!!!

I got into my first accident ever at 23. I was pretty upset about the damage to my car, however we had work done here in the last and were satisfied. I was just as satisfied this time around. Not only did the employees go above and beyond to make sure I got the best parts for my car ( seen as it was in almost new condition before the accident), and even price matches and got me new parts. But they even covered the costs of my rental car for a few extra days to make it easier on me. The staff is really helpful and is truly the definition of customer service. If anyone I know needs repairs or auto glass done, I will definitely be referring them to you guys. Thank you so much to the ladies and gentleman of he woodhaven get we collision and glass store!
