Aaron H. the store manager is wonderful and a perfectionist!! The crew there helped me get the things I needed from my car because my arm was in a sling due to my accident! My car looked like it did when I bought it off the sales floor thanks to Gerber!! Thank you to Aaron and his crew for putting my mind at ease that my car was in great hands! Anyone who needs any type of body repair to their car I would only recommend Gerber!

Service from start was excellent. Constant updates. Car looks great - great job. Hard to replace a door and match paint to a vehicle that is 12 years old. I would fully recommend them to my friends and family. I myself went their on the recommendation of my son who had some work done there. Best advertisement for a business is satisfied customers and word of mouth. Also was impressed with the cost - very responsible - did not feel like I was getting ripped off.

I recently had occasion to visit the Gerber Collision shop at Taft St. in Merrillville, Indiana after the side molding on my driver side door had been stripped off in a car wash. The manager, Aaron H., personally attended to my problem and was very congenial and accommodating. Within two days, he had the side molding reinstalled and even touched up the scratched paint - at NO CHARGE! What a great guy and great service; I couldn't recommend this store more highly. Thank you Aaron!

My front drivers side was smashed in by a stolen vehicle the day after Christmas. I was able to get it to Gerber two days later. By Jan 12th I was called to come pick up my vehicle. Gerber did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anybody. They have great customer service and has my 2006 Jeep Liberty looking brand new. They even cleaned out the inside and out all my belongings that were left in there back in nice and neat. They did a wonderful job and took care of my vehicle as if it was their own.
