Everyone at Gerber from the manager Aaron to Nicole at the front desk were awesome! I was told when I brought my car in that it could possibly take 2-3 days, boy was I surprised to get a call in the afternoon - same day I dropped off - that my car was fixed and ready for pick-up. They exceeded my expectations - I will recommend to everyone to take their vehicle to Gerber!

Gerber did an awesome job on my vehicle it looks brand new again! The manager was so wonderful and made sure I was completely satisfied. The girl at the desk was so friendly and she kept me informed through the whole process. My repair was a big job and I am so happy I went to the Merrillville Gerber even though it was a little far. Gerber will make sure your car is back to the way it was before the accident. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair after an accident.

We had a great experience with the staff at Gerber in Merrillville, Indiana. The front desk assistant, Casey and Michael were very professional and very compassionate. Although the repair took longer than expected, due to a faulty part that was delivered, we appreciated them having our vehicle ready for us for a funeral in our family! Casey was so sweet and very professional. Casey and Michael need to be commended for their efforts to get our vehicle back to us looking great! We will recommend this facility to others! Thank you again for your professionalism displayed to us! Our insurance company was Triple AAA and was not on the list. Thank you again for everything. They even called as a courtesy to see if the car was ok with us. Very nice to follow up with people.

Found out the hard way when the city doesn't put cones down after painting the yellow lines, Of course they said the did, Of course you can't fight city hall. Once again the crew at the merrillville store came through and took off the yellow paint along the left side on bottom, the rocker panel, had to replace the wheel wells cause on Pruis 5 it has carpeting. My wife and I could not see anything wrong with the excellent job they did! good job gang!
