Kudos to Nicole, Julio and most of all Kasey who made a 2nd repair trip to this location absolutely Stress Free. Our insurance declared our vehicles value below repair cost and so Kasey worked diligently with us to find the best used parts and save us money where she could. Awesome was my husbands response after seeing the end results of repairs and paint job down to the stripes done by a vendor who was able to replicate the originals saving us more money my husband didn't know until I told him. Kasey and I had a good laugh about how he had to have the original stripes well he didn't get them. Thanks for a Wonderful Experience and I will be recommending this Shop to all I know that needs work on their vehicle.. They all deserve a pat on the back! I was very happy with how Mike at Gerber Collision took care of me and my car. I was kept with updates and phone calls as to the status of the progress of the work being done. So I just received my car back today. I had hit a deer and had a nice amount of damage that,after gerber was done, looked amazing. I do have a problem with the door not closing, but called and scheduled for them to take a look at it and they were very professional and understanding. The man Julio went thru the claims with me and I wish we would of noticed the door issue, however with everyone there being so wonderful I have no problem going back to have it looked at. Thank you Gerber of Merrillville. You guys have gained a lifetime customer!
