When there is body work/painting etc required to keep my cars looking their best , I chose Gerber Body Shop as they are professional people who strive to please their customers. Their work is priced right and their service is absolutely the best! I highly recommend this business to all Indiana customers .

Great team members, from the estimate to the finish notification. Everyone worked together seamlessly. Our vehicle was completed 3 days earlier than expected and Liz here in Kokomo Indiana kept us up to date on the progress. She did the estimate and followed it through to completion. Great team to everyone involved in the process, making us feel like we were important, even though we had minor damage. We appreciate you all and our vehicle looks like it did off the showroom floor. Thumbs up!!!!

The staff was awesome!!! Very professional yet made you feel like they were a friend and on your side. Staff went out of their way to explain things to me and informed me of things I didn't know. Also, they made me a lifetime customer because of the honesty that was witnessed. I had my vehicle done by the Gerber Collision and Glass in Valpo in which they did such a great job kn my vehicle that made me feel confident in their work and that they stand by their work with a lifetime commitment and guarantee. So the staff found something that accidentally got missed from the Valpo shop and explained that he would order the part and let them know that I would be bringing my vehicle back to get that part f by ixed at no extra cost to me. From the very beginning, she assured us that she would provide updates every Tuesday and Thursday, and she followed through on that commitment exactly as promised. Brandy also handled all of the insurance and rental car arrangements accurately and efficiently, making the process completely stress-free for us. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were evident every step of the way. The quality of the repair exceeded our expectations.
