My car was caught in a flash flood in mid-August 2026. The carpeting and underlying mat were soaked. The repair involved removing and reinstalling the carpet and replacing the mat. They also inspected the electrical wiring and checked to ensure the engine oil and transmission fluid had not been compromised. Estimates were promptly communicated to my insurance company, and the service was completed in about four days. I noticed a problem with door trim fit and returned a couple of weeks later to advise the general manager. He took care of the problem on the spot.

This message is for Jason. I came in with my Acura to have someone take a look at my paint. Jason was available and came out with me, Jason was amazing with me! He went through every possibility to remove the contaminant that was on my paint, caused from a contaminant that was present on my paint. Jason didn't stop there!!! He educated me on my options with whatI could do with my issues. I'm am so grateful that I am dealing with him and Gerber again. It's a breath of fresh air to have this kind of service that I have always received from this company. Thank you Jason I hope to see you soon with my car. ??

So, I needed to have my battery replaced in my SUV ASAP and Gerber Collision and Glass made it happen within days. Since replacing my battery. My husband's Chevy truck was damaged, and they made it look like it was new again it's a 2022. Yes, I would recommend this shop they keep you UpToDate with repairs and time frame. Staff is great as well.
