Very easy to work with. Our car was in the shop for about 3 weeks, because of difficulty obtaining parts. Erik regularly kept us informed of status. Repair of the front bumper and associated components looks great. Only surprise was that the cost of the repair increased from the original estimate. Luckily, insurance covered it.

I was worried because my husband is ill and it was my responsibility to get the car fixed. To my surprise the process was extremely easy. My car was done a day early, they do their very best to keep you updated everyday on repairs. They work with enterprise down the street from them they can call them to pick you up, but they also make drop off easy too!
