I could not have been happier with Gerber Collision & Glass. They were even referred to me! They were super friendly, profession and very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised that the repairs were done on my vehicle in a very reasonable time frame, the work was perfect and they kept me informed as to what to expect and when to expect it. I was so happy to get my car back in two days and it looks GREAT. I would most certainly use them again for and auto or glass repair and will certainly tell my friends about them and their excellent service.

I just had my car repaired at the Orland Park location on Southwest Why. WHAT A CREW!! From the minute the first person calls you after your insurance company calls them, your company really pampers your customers!!! They go above beyond what is expected of them. They have a rental car at this facility when you bring your car in for repair. (That's a first!) It's great not to have to worry about getting someone to pick you up, take you to the rental car place, etc.!!! They always give you updates on progress & then to top it off, my auto was repaired perfectly & ready for pickup 2 days early. Bill G. is a GEM!!! He definitely goes above & beyond the call of duty!! The service I received was stunning. Jamie V. took care of me and my car, making sure I was satisfied, going above and beyond to make sure my car ended up without any problems whatsoever. A couple days after I got the car back, I heard what I thought was a whistle from the windshield: Jamie coordinating getting it looked at, and we were able to pinpoint the issue (it was a loose rack, not related to the work Gerber had done). I have already told friends and family about the service I received, already one of my coworkers deciding to go to Gerber because of my experience. I am beyond satisfied with the professional and friendly manner in which Jamie and the rest of the employees treated me.

Was extremely happy with the body work after my accident but I had to go back in for an annoying rattle. David was quick and accurate in diagnosing the problem....the Jeep dealer two years ago had misplaced my attena after a routine service visit. David discovered the antena this morning. BRILLIANT! We have had a couple cars serviced at this location and the service and experience have been beyond excellent each time. Production Mgr. Rick E. walks you through the experience and make sure everything is done right. He along with GM Rick K. work to help solve any issue and ensure a great experience. Not only do they honor their word they go above and beyond to help a customer. It is more than just numbers to them. It is about providing great service to the customer.

Really like the professionalism of the associates. They made it easy for someone who has never been in an accident feel like they will help you all the way through it and they did. Upon pick up the care they took to completely clean the vehicle inside and out was amazing. I definitely recommend to others.
