The car was done ahead of schedule and was done beautifully. Right rear door and fender were badly damaged on my 17 year old Mercury Grand Marquis. They did an exceptional job in restoring and painting the car. I would never hesitate to recommend them. Their work, service and personal (Steve and Jennifer) were terrific. Car was returned immaculate inside and out.

So happy I came here for the light scratches on the side of my car. I came in for an estimate and they said "no charge"!!! Wow. I couldn't believe it. When I brought it in, they took the car and I had it back, good as new in about 30 minutes! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business. They are awesome!

Bottomed out my car, repairs completed & ahead of schedule. Also had addt'l problems afterward but turns out not related to my loss, Jarod was VERY helpful in explaining what to do next. Turns out problem was due to dealership negligence and they paid everything no questions asked. Couldn't have done it without Jarod's knowledge and assistance!

The initial repair estimate was a bit on the low side but understandable since there were hidden damages found upon further inspection. Gave the insurance claim number - straight forward direct billing. Repair took about 2 days more than originally estimated which was OK since it was attributed to paint matching and reassembly. Picked up the vehicle in pristine condition exterior and interior. Overall a great no hassle experience from the beginning to the end. Highly recommended.

I wish there were more STARS to give this site. My care looks brand new, it looks like they painted the entire car. I just had some rear damage, but they made my care incredibly OUTSTANDING. Customer service Beth, wonderful, and my estimator Jorge, always attentive, and on point. Gerber will always be my go to for any collision problems I have.

The team in Buffalo Grove Illinois were absolutely fabulous! They were so professional, courteous, efficient and supportive since the damage to my car occurred due to a very large pine tree branch that fell across two lanes of traffic during a lightning storm. They were very thorough in their inspection and explaining the estimate. I picked up my car and found the work to be exemplary. I could not be more satisfied.
