Outstanding experience! My husband had an accident (black ice) and wrecked the front end of his 2008 Avalon. We chose Gerber because it was closes to our home. We were delighted by the professional staff from reception to Hieu Lee' our specialist. Communication was OUTSTANDING! We were given friendly, follow up calls and the work was completed three days earlier than estimated. The paper work was straightforward and complete. Everyone was friendly and nice! We are so impressed especially with Hieu Lee. Keep him around--he is the BEST!!! I will recommend Gerber to all my friends and family. If I need ANY work done again, I will not hesitate to use Gerber! I also will contact Farmers with this positive feedback. Thank you for excellent service and a friendly experience!

I had the unforunate thing happen to me ovr holiday season ,a motorist hit my car while parked and didnt report or leave contact info. Thru my ins I was referrd to (GERBER) were they made this whole ordeal to be much easier. The 1st day I drop car off they were polite and ask if I needed anythng else, thy offrd me to my rental but I was in walking distance. They stayed in-contct wth me about repairs and once completed, called to say work done which I was impressed seeing that it was holiday season. I pick up car and work was beautiful as though nothng ever happen and it rides smooth, I would referr all friends and family to them.

John Liscovitz and the rest of the staff at this Gerber were extremely hard working and accommodating. When Allstate, the insurance company of the person who hit my Honda tried to nickel and dime us, John and Gerber were having none of it. Liscovitz went to bat for me and couldn't have done a better job. Not only was my car done well, it was done quickly. Hopefully I will stay out of collisions but if not, I will certainly return to Gerber and John Liscovitz.

I had small chips on my car from commuting during the winter (salt). I purchased the touch-up paint and Gerber applied it on the car where it was needed. The car looks great! And this was a service they did at no charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great service you provided.

Excellent service! I was called with updates on the progress of my repairs, and the repairs took only one day longer than expected. The person I worked with, Jim Pohlman, was very nice and informative. My car looks good and runs great! I hope I never need more collision repairs, but if I do I would certainly use Gerber again. The service I received was excellent. The staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept informed on the progress of the work on my car and when it would be ready for pickup. The car looks better than new. Hopefully I will not be in an accident again but if I do, or any family or friends need collision or glass repair I would highly recommend Gerber Collision.
