4-11-12 Hi my name is Beaunica Harris and today I drop my toyota highlander off at the Halsted Location this is my first time having repair done to my truck. I went in and was taken care by Cecilia/CSR she has great customer service on the phone and in person. when I arrive at the haslted location I went in and Cecilila ask what was needed I told her just dropping off my truck for repair she made sure I had everything needed from my truck , so then I ask her about the renter car that my insurance had set up but I thought they had hertz but they had another renter service . So me just getting off work and didnt know how I was going to get to Hertz thats when Cecilia/CSR ask me was everthing ok I told her my problem and she not to worry that she would give me a ride to Hertz not knowing they had a location down the street . This week I had my car repaired. The employee that assisted me was Rafael Garcia. He was very knowlegable,professional and very courteous. He told me my car would be ready in 2 to 3 days and it was ready by 2pm on the second day. The work completed was excellent. Thank you for having an employee as exceptional as Mr.Garcia. I would definately recommend Gerber.

I wanted to quickly write a review regarding my service and experience with Gerber. Unfortunately, this is my 2nd time in less than a year that I had to repair my vehicle. Because I had such good service the 1st time around I kept Gerber’s number. Without hesitation after making my claim this time around I made the decision to return to Gerber. To my surprise the service was even better the 2nd time around. Everyone was very professional and so helpful from the front desk clerk Sara to my rep Tim. My car is beautiful and hopefully I won’t have to return! I did however recommend Gerber and Tim to my sister who also brought her vehicle in for an estimate. Good job Gerber!

My drivers side window wouldn't go up and it was going to rain. I went to Gerber in Evanston, didn't have to wait long and Peter fixed it in just a short while. He really knew what he was doing and very nice!

The service was excellent, from the very nice girl on the phone, Ada, to the people who detailed my car. The job was so well done. Even I don't clean my car as well as they did. The estimated time they gave me for the work was shorter too. I appreciated everything about the place. Will definitely reccommend it to others who need repair of any kind.

The service repair was done in a timely fashion. Roddis Hopkins was my advisor. He provided me with information. The work that was done on my car was amazing. The final step of washing and cleaning the auto was remarkable. I would certainly reccomend Gerber.

Matt Henneken at the Elmhurst location was phenomenal I brought my car into Gerber collision and he was so helpful , went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of and fixed properly, Called me back to let me know the status - helped me understand the problem - took extra care of my car that he did not have to 0 removed rust where he did not need to ! I will be sure to come to Gerber for all my needs!

Outstanding service from the time I took my car for an estimate for body work until I picked it up a day and a half later. The staff was so professional from the moment I called to make my initial appointment. Scott Behm was the rep who kept me informed every step of the way and Pete in the body shop called to tell me that my car was ready. The workmanship was perfect. Enterprise Rental brought a car for my use when my car was being repaired and their customer service was also outstanding. I would highly recommend Gerber as the place to go for car body repair!

One word: AMAZING! When they showed me my truck (2004 Dodge) it looked like new again. I could not have been happier with the courteous service and the quality of the work on my vehicle.
