Joe K and June were a pleasure to work with on our automobile repair. Joe was extreemly through on estimating and his timeline for completing the repair was very accurate. They were able to answer all my questions and if the opportunity arises I will recommend this location to anyone who has a need. The repairs look great and with the warranty I feel very comfortable that any issues that arise will be handled without issue. These two employees should be your poster folks for providing outstanding service and quality repair.

I have very high praise for all that have helped me during my 7 week repair. Matt, especially, has been patient, thorough and understanding with all explanations and situations with regard to my repair. Several other individuals spoke with me with updates and all were just as courteous and helpful as Matt. All were familiar with the repair and its status, so I never felt like I was suffering by not talking to Matt. I appreciated that no shortcuts were taken - everything that was needed was done. If there was a doubt, it was replaced. I would recommend Matt, and Gerber, wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Thank you very much.

From getting a quote to the final repair, everything was handled very professionally. Don did a great job, making sure everything fit correctly. He got a part he was not satisfied with and ordered a replacement so the car looks as good as new. They took the time to make sure we were happy with the repair.
