My Auto-Repair Issue was handled most courteously & efficiently by Mr Peter Sadalski, and in a timely manner. I was even provided a few ounces of touch-up paint, in case I might need to deal with some minor nicks in the future. I have no qualms with this shop & would recommend them in the future.

Looks great; work done was completed with quality care. Detail taken care of if not satisfied. Very friendly service manager who listen to costomer to make sure the customer is pleased with workmanship. I'd give the service a 10 across the board....

i am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Gerber. David Martinez was very courteous and provided an accurate estimate. He provided detailed responses to my questions. The other indiviuals in the office were very helpful as well. I would recommend Gerber to my friends and family members. I love the lifetime warranty on the work if something needs to be repaired.

This has actually not been my first visit to Gerber Collision. They had originally repaired a problem I had with a door... free of charge. Based on that alone, when I needed to take my vehicle in, they were the first place I thought of. My decision paid off. The van looks great, the door is squared off and everything seems to be exactly the way it was prior to the accident. I was told the van would be ready Thursday, and while I was resigned to pick it up Friday, the van was indeed ready on time. I would take any vehicle to this center again. The work was delivered when promised and I was pleased with the work when delivered.

Originally had a large hole and bumper damage to the front of my car due to a hit and run. Now you can not tell that there was any injury to the car at all. I appreciate the dedicated work that Gerber has provided and that they provide updates every step of the repair service. The work was extremely well done and everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the work they were doing. During my estimate appointment, they gave me two estimates depending upon whether they could fix the bumper damage on their own or if a new piece would have to be ordered. I have never heard of company providing a service like that, and I would definitely recommend my friends and family to use Gerber when they have collision or glass repairs that need to be completed. I will definitely continue to use Gerber in the future.

I was so thankful to Scott Behm on my recent trip to Gerber in Crystal Lake. Both my husband and I have had repair work done on our vehicles at this facility. My recent trip to Gerber was due to paint transfer to my bumper from the trim surrounding my garage door. Got a little too close. Not only was Scott able to remove the rather large white area from my dark navy bumper he did it for no charge! I was pleasantly surprised and elated that he removed every bit of paint and I did not have to pull out my credit card. I am a very happy customer who will keep coming back to this facility exclusively for auto body work. Hopefully no more paint transfer! Thanks Scott! Best Regards, Linda La Lond
