I brought my car to Gerber Monday morning and have been very impressed with the service I received from David and other staff. Everyone was pleasant and very informative. David called me repeatedly with updates- he did everything he said he was going to do. The car looks great- I'll definitely come back should I need car work in the future. Thanks David!

We had previously had a repair job done at Gerber, and when we were recently in an accident and asked by the insurance company if we had a preference for repairs, we mentioned Gerber and were happy to hear they were on the company's list of approved shops. From the minute I took the car in for an estimate to the time I picked it up, the service was excellent and the whole process was easy and fast. Gerber even made all the arrangements for a rental car to pick me up and drop me off. The car was completely cleaned and vaccuumed, and I can say I could not have been more satisfied. A very good experience. Thank you.

"Repair and customer service were outstanding. I loved the short emails received during the process telling me the status of the repair and how the "car was doing." It made it very personal and it made me feel that the vehicle was in good hands. Although quoted 2 weeks for the repair, it was done in a little over 1 week and they were trying to get it done sooner but had issues in finding parts. When I picked up the vehicle, the receptionist was extremely courteous and friendly. The estimator, Jim, made sure to come out to the car, walk me through the changes, answer my questions, etc. In today's world, where customer service seems to have taken a back seat (no pun intended), the Gerber team at the Naperville location has demonstrated that customer service is still Number 1 and they go out and prove it. They were phenomenal! I couldn't believe how comfortable and confident I was, leaving my car with them. They contacted me daily to update me, as to what they completed on my car. I have never experienced such service from an auto facility. I have no doubt that I will use them in the future, should I need to. I also know that I will pass this info on to family and friends. I had an amazingly wonderful experience with this facility. Being in a collision is a traumatic thing and these people, the insurance guy, the enterprise lady and the gerber people were all so friendly and helpful. My car came out looking fabulous. I am so happy with the work that was done on my car and the experience I had at Gerber. I would DEFINITELY go back there if need be and I will definitely recommend them to anyone that may need collision/glass repair.

An exceptional staff made the repair process easier to cope with after my accident.

Out of all my years of trying and testing different repair shops I have never been so absolutely and utterly satisfied than when I went to Gerber Collision and Glass. I will NEVER go anywhere else and I STRONGLY recommend this to anyone looking for the HIGHEST level of QUALITY repairs and EXTREMELY friendly customer service. They were quick and updated me constantly on how repairs were going!
