I had to get my new 2012 kia fix. Someone keyed the back the day after I brought it home from the dealer. So when I had a chance I went to see Gerber in Elgin to find out how much it would cost to get it fix. Jennifer McCollum set me at ease after I got the estimateand told me to check with my insurance company because my type of service was for comprehensive not collision and therefore the deductable might be less. So I checked and sure enough Jennifer was correct, my deductable was less then my collision deductable. So I was able to get my new car fixed. I would recommend this gerber location in Elgin to anyone who needs car repairs. This one was just down the road from where I live and was very easy to get to and Jennifer made the process very easy to get my car fixed. She told me up front how long it would take to get fix and she was ... correct. She also was helpful with the process of renting a rental car while the car was being fixed. She made it very easy by calling the rental car place, enterprise and they came to Gerber to pick me up and take me back to their place and get a car. Then it was very easy to return the car. I could just leave it at Gerber and they would let enterprise know I had dropped off the car. I didn't have to go through the hassle of taking the car back to the rental place and have them take me back to Gerber to get my car. I am a very satisfied customer! Thank You Jennifer & Gerber Collision & Glass! Great Job! Mary Wilson read more

What an awesome job that was done on my car. I had the rear bumper repaired (deep scratches and some nicks) and it looks like a new bumper. Everyone there was so helpful, professional and just great, especially Lori and the gentleman who did the estimate.

These Guys are Fantastic! I have never been more impressed with a body shop. They Kept me informed almost every step of the way and did the job Right....THE FIRST TIME! I had my E46 3 Series BMW Sedan "Fixed" at another body shop and the work was....less than satisfactory. They Addressed all of my concerns and rectified the whole thing...even stuff that I hadn't noticed that was wrong. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thanks a million!

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Gerber AUto to the fine employees that they have in there ELmhurst location. Craig was on my case and the receptionish Jacqulin (not sure how to spell her name) made a rough accident into a less streeing expierence for me. Gerber not only did an amzing repiar works on the care ( they made it look brand new) but they treated me with sincere kindness and they went the extra mile, all at Gerber Did! and I thank you! I will highly recommend your Elmhurst facility and the fine team you have on board there... Thank you!
