I am very happy with the quality and will feel confident to bring it back to Bryant and his team over there. I would rate the work at a 9.5 out of 10. Very nice people over there and I appreciated that you came out to check the work yourself. You guys made my experience a good one after dealing with Mario in Matteson. I will easily reccommend this shop to others. Thank you again for you hard work and effort and most of all for listening to me and not making feel like I was a moron. To management team, I recently was involved in a automobile accident and took my car to Gerbers for the repair work. I worked with Elise to get my estimates and repair work done and also set me up with a rental car. I am sending this e-mail to let you know that Elise is one of the nicest people I have run into. As you can imagine , an accident can be upsetting and cause a lot of stress. Elise took charge of the situation as soon as I brought my car in and took me step by step through the repair process. She contacted me twice to give me up dates on the repairs. Customer service like that is very nice to experience. When I picked up my car a man named Chris went over all the work that was done and some do's and don'ts about what I should do in the next month concerning washing and waxing the car. We were completely impressed from the moment I initially walked into the Matteson facility. The professionism shown by Mario Pereira and later by Jeffrey Earp was beyond anything I have experienced in a long time. The handling of my repairs and communication with my insurance company made this an extremely easy process for me. Most importantly wes the quality of the workmanship. The work was outstanding! Besides the work done we appreciated the interior and exterior cleaning of the car. The only thing missing was the new car smell. We were extremely pleased with the end result and rest assured we will recommend, with complete confidence, this Gerber location to any friends or family requiring collision service. Just wanted to type a quick note to commend Matt at the Elmhurst location for his great customer service. I had my car repaired from a front end collision in January of 2012 and just recently noticed that the heat wasn't working. I took it back in and the radiator was working fine, which absolved Gerber of any liabilty on the issue. Matt agreed to, at his cost, buy and install a new thermostat to see if that was the problem. It turns out that it was something else and I will need to visit a dealership, but I'm very pleased that he took the extra step and attemped to help as a courtesy to me. He was personable, articulate, and a great representative for Gerber.

The service was excellent. I brought the car in for repair Sept 21, and picked the car up this afternoon - Sept. 27. Tom Roznowski was the Gerber Rep..and he was very helpful, and professional... My experience with Gerber was exceptional the associate Jose Vega was very personable and understanding of my accident. I got the sense that at Gerber, they want to get your auto repaired and get you out on the road as fast as possible without any hassles. And Jose did that, I recieved better serviced than I expected and my auto was repaired perfectly. I would definitely recommend Gerber for your collision repairs!
