Repairs and painting were very well done and car was cleaned so well (inside as well as outside) that it looked virtually brand new! The folks even buffed out what I thought was some other damage and now you can't see any trace of that either. Absolutely incredible. It will be easy to recommend them to friends.

I had the pleasure of having Gary Wilmoth come out to my vehicle to attempt to give an estimate. Upon arrival, he noticed that the damage was very very minor. Very nice guy who went above and beyond for me. The issue was solved in less than 10 minutes. By far the best experience I have ever had with an autobody shop and one of the best auto-repairmen I will probably ever meet in my life. I will most definitely refer people I know to Gerber Collision in Downers Grove, IL! :)

I have used gerber on halsted for the last 10 years and I have to say they have been consistently excellent. The girls at the front counter are super friendly and my rep Tom was really great about explaining what needed to be done, provided a realistic timeline, and kept me updated on the progress. the finished work (had been in a minor accident) done 3 hours earlier than expected. They did a thorough job (which was a relief as it was a lease). Thanks for taking a potentially stressful situation and making it much less so!

I was completely satisfied with the service I received, and especially the friendly customer service I received from both Michelle at the front desk, and Joe Swantek, the General Manager. Even though I've had work done at the same shop before, and I was very satisfied with the workmanship and service in the past, Michelle and Joe knocked it out of the park this time! It's very reassuring to feel that you can trust the crew who is effecting the repairs on your car, and Gerber does a great job with that. Thanks! Tom Bruhn

Don, and the staff were outstanding with there help.. I bought my Fiancees Nissan Marado in for services. And they took excellent/ efficient care of me and her car. This is my second visit to the Orland Park location. The first time was for my Lexus. That is why I returned! They did a excellent Job on my Lexus 7 years ago.! Thank you - Thank you! I stopped by to the store in Evanston, IL with a metal kitchen chair(!) simply to ask if it were possible to repair the frame by welding it. Within minutes the manager (I think he was the manager) repaired the frame - and did so free of charge! What courteous and generous service! Thank you very much! Mitch

This location is wonderful, I unfortunately have been hit twice so twice I've had to bring my car in and they are always so wonderful. Raul has been very hlepful every single time. He gladly takes my calls and answers any questions I may have! The work on the car is impeccable, even the receptionist is wonderful to work with. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I really appreciated the e-mails and telephone messages that provided me with updates on the progress of my truck repair during the 2 weeks it was with Gerber. When i dropped my truck off, the staff i encountered were extra friendly and professional. Jose Vega informed me of the repair process on day 1 and it was quite helpful to have 1 person that i could go to with questions about my truck as opposed to others who may have not been familiar with my repairs. I truly appreciated the customer service extended by Mr. Vega and would definitely recommend Gerber Collision in Oak Lawn to my family and friends. Two thumbs up!

Jose and his team at thet Oaklawn facility finished my car in a timely manner. They were very informative during the process. In addition to the very professional service, they aided me in rental car needs!!! I was more than happy to patronize their business, even in this hard economy.... Money well spent!
