Great experience! The work was done very well, delivered before the promised date, and at a great price! The staff should be commended for their courteous and helpful attitudes. I hope that I will not need their services again in the near future, but if I do, this Gerber location will be my first choice. Gerber is also the first choice of my insurance company - the Hartford.

While having your auto in for repair is not a pleasant experience, I cannot say enough good things about your company and the professional handling of the entire job....making for a pleasant experience. From the estimate to the delivery everything was outstanding. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional and Hieu Le did a tremendous job: polite, informative and professioanl. Once my car was in the shop, Hieu did a great job in keeping me informed of the work and time line. You are very fortunate to have Hieu as an employee.....a tremendous asset to your firm.

I had a great experience at this location. Not only was everyone extremely friendly, but they really showed they cared and were trying to do the best for you and for your convenience. I had brought my car in for minor repairs for a fender bender I was in and I was given a rental car, free of charge for myself and my two children, and my car took less than 24 hours to repair. When I picked up my car, it was all washed, windows were all hand cleaned, and they even vacuumed my car out. Not even the ford dealer will do this when you ge repairs done. I would definitely refer people I know here. Don was a great estimator, and this was definitely hassel free. Our estimater, Matthew Hershberger did an excellent job of handling our car repair. He did an excellent job of explaining the repair work to be done and keeping us informed as to the progress of the repair. He has a great personality, knows his job and performs it well. He is definitely a great asset to Gerber.

I was very happy with my experience with Gerber Collision. I was rear ended in a car accident and Gerber Collision did an excellent job of repairing my car. Their communication is excellent. I received emails and phone calls about the progress of the repair of my car. It was good to know that they were working on it and had not forgotten about my car. True to their word they had my car fixed and back to me on they day they told me it would be done. They did a great job fixing my bumper, trunk, and side panel. I highly recommend them!

I have a Lincoln Navigator that the DVD player had 3 of the 4 screws come out and was barely hanging from the interior ceiling of the vehicle. I had personally tried to replace the screws and was unsuccessful in securing the DVD player in place. It was late in the day on Friday and after having two other places turn me down and tell me to come back on Monday. I decided to stop by the local Gerber on Lake Street in Elmhurst. I had done business in the past with Gerber and was very happy with their service. I originally didn’t think of Gerber being that the work they had done for me in the past was much more extensive. Matt Henneken was the only one who was friendly and willing to take a look at the problem for me. Once Matt accessed the repair he took the vehicle back to the shop and had the DVD player repaired.
