"Someone left a "noticable"dent/scrape on the rear side door or my car while I was in the store. I called Gerber & brought it in on a Tuesday to be fixed. Employee David Martinez, estimator, called me with the status of my car every evening. The car was ready for pickup on Friday. It now looks as if it came off the showroom floor. They even cleaned the inside!! Great Job, excellent communication and very friendly company."

Gentlemen, on a different issue. I recently had the opportunity to become a customer of Gerber Collision and Glass. I was rear ended by someone who failed to notice I was stopped at a red light. I used the Gerber facility on Rand Road in Palatine, just around the corner from my office. The folks there are all first rate. June, the administrative person, was extremely friendly, as was everyone else I spoke with. They all seemed focused on making sure that my experience with the company was as positive as it could be. I was very impressed.

Not only does he understand the business from "soup to nuts" but he both appreciates humor and has a great sense of humor. Its difficult enough when your teenage driver is involved in a fender bender, but Peter made the whole process so much better for myself and family, while providing great service and going the extra mile.."

I came to the Halsted St offices on a Saturday morning after I had a collision with a deer the pervious evening. I needed to get back home to downstate Illinois and I was not sure if my car was drivable for the long trip back - 120 miles.Both Fate at the reception desk and Neal the service manager were both supportive and prfessional helping me calm my concerns. I certainly would reccomend Gerber as a wonderful customer friendly place. They both were just wonderful to work with and are a credit to your organization.

Great shop. Receptionist answered the phone with a great attitude and the adjuster, David, answered the call on the 2nd ring. As soon as the part was in, which was earlier than expected, I was called and the problem was fixed. The time that they said to take to install was shorter than quoted which is always nice. Waiting areas and bathroom are clean. I would refer this location to anyone.

extremely pleased with great service, friendly staff. The work on the bumper was perfect. The best part was when I got into my car, I could not believe my eyes, the inside of my car from the carpeting to the dashboard looked like new, to my surprise. It hasn't looked that good since I drove it off the lot of the dealer in 2004. Thanks again, I will be sure to tell my friends about the great job and excellent service I received.

Matt Hershberger was very helpful and professional throughout the process of getting my car repaired. This was my 3rd repair with Gerber. I hope I never have to come back though. :)
